    Please find below information relating to print purchases and frequently asked questions. Please do contact us if you have any further questions.

    1. Print Sizing

    Because our images are cropped in different ratios all sizing refers to the longest edge of the actual image. If you require the specific width and length of the image please do drop us an email and we can provide you with the exact dimensions. Your print is presented with a white border around the edge to provide room within which to mount or frame the image. Please do let us know if you require the exact paper dimensions.

    2. Open Edition prints

    Open edition prints are not restricted in print numbers. However, we use the same high quality professional paper and ink that is also used in the limited edition prints to ensure your print will last a lifetime.

    3. Limited Edition prints

    Limited edition print runs are limited to a print run of 65  prints only. Your print is signed and numbered upon presentation with a print certificate of authenticity.

    4. Pricing

    Pricing starts at £60 and depends on the size of the image requested. Please see the drop down menu for each product that lists the pricing and sizing options.

    5. How is my print presented?

    Your print is presented with a white border around the edge to provide room within which to mount or frame the image.

    6. What is the paper type used?

    All prints are printed using high quality professional print media and printed by a professional print studio in London. We use C-type Fuji Matt Crystal archive paper which has a semi-matt finish or Hahnemühle paper. Both papers are highly durable with an long archival life that will ensure your prints last for years in both light and dark room settings.

    7. Are the prints in matt or gloss

    We provide our prints with a semi-matt or matt finish. However, if you specifically request your print in gloss please do email us and this can be provided.

    8. What payment options are available?

    We accept payment via Paypal or bank transfer. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase an item. Click on the ‘add to basket’ button and you will be taken to PayPal, where you can either use a visa or debit card or if you wish create and purchase via an existing PayPal account.

    9. What is the delivery method used?

    We use Royal Mail tracked and signed for delivery to both UK and overseas addresses.

    10. How long will it take to receive my print?

    Please allow 2-3 weeks in which to receive your print. The time taken in which you receive your print will depend on your geographical location. Most prints are dispatched within 7-10 days of ordering. Should you require sooner please do contact us and we will do our best to expedite your delivery.

    11. How is my print protected during delivery? 

    Your print is wrapped in protective paper and provided within a hard robust cardboard tube to ensure no creasing or folding during transit

    12. What if my print arrives damaged?

    As we take the utmost care in packing your image it is unlikely that your print will become damaged. However, if you do suffer the misfortune of a damaged print we request a photograph of the damage and we will then send you a replacement. Please note we cannot provide refunds.

    13. Will the watermark appear on the final printed image?

    No, your image will appear without the photographers watermark on the image.

    14. Can I purchase a framed print?

    We can arrange for your print to be framed. However, due to shipping restrictions this service is currently only available in the UK. Please contact us for a quote.

    15. Can I purchase a print that is not listed?

    Absolutely, please let us know which print you are interested in and we can provide a quote and sizing available for your requested print.
